To303 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined herein unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the to303 website at to303.vin along with all services, games, and features available on it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the to303 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access to303's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total cash amount in a Member's to303 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, added funds, or promotional benefits granted by to303 to Members subject to specified terms and conditions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity verification process that Members must complete before their first withdrawal is processed.
• "Wagering" refers to any activity involving placing monetary bets on games or sporting events within the to303 platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the to303 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online wagering activities.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have not previously had an account terminated by to303 for fraud or breach of terms.

3 Account Registration

The to303 account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during and after registration.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering a second account under different information is a serious violation of these terms.
• The full name registered must match the name on your official identification document to enable the KYC process to be completed.
• The registered phone number and email address must belong to you and remain active for verification and communication purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. to303 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

4 Deposits and Payments

To303 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and international bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made using a bank account or payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• To303 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank may apply its own charges depending on the policies of the respective financial institution.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your to303 account within 5 minutes. If your deposit is not received within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
• To303 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source or linked to illegal activity.

5 Fund Withdrawal

To303 members may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian local bank account registered in the Member's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your to303 account.
• KYC must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Required documents include a copy of a valid identity card or passport.
• Withdrawals are typically processed and credited within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. In certain cases, processing may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• To303 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

To303 offers various bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions set out on the relevant promotions page, which form part of these Terms.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new Member. Any attempt to claim it more than once through different accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirement") that must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are set separately for each promotion and may differ from one promotion to another.
• To303 reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings derived from it if a Member is suspected of abusing promotions or manipulating wagering requirements.
• Bonus validity periods are limited. Bonuses that expire without meeting the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.

7 Game Rules

Every game category on the to303 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and table games — has specific rules that all Members must follow.

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable by the to303 system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, to303 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the Member.
• The use of bots, automation tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for ensuring they comply with the stated limits.
• To303 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

8 Member Conduct

To303 members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account termination:

• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language towards other Members or to303 customer support staff.
• Sharing or selling your to303 account to another party.
• Making false claims about wins, losses, or any aspect of platform usage.
• Using information from the to303 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from to303.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the to303 platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the to303 platform.

9 Account Termination

A to303 account may be terminated either by the Member or by to303, depending on the circumstances.

• Account Closure at Member's Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting to303 customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable terms.
• Account Closure by to303: to303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account without prior notice if the Member is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• In the event of termination due to fraud or illegal activity, to303 reserves the right to hold all funds in the account pending the completion of an investigation, and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or termination at to303's discretion.

10 Liability Limits

To303 provides its online wagering platform on an "as-is" basis and is responsible for ensuring the platform operates properly. However, there are certain limitations to our liability:

• To303 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from wagering activity.
• To303 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payment to a Member, to303 reserves the right to correct the error and restore the accurate balance in the Member's account.
• To303's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstance shall not exceed the Member's net deposit amount in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through the account settings section.
• A temporary account break option is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — taking effect immediately upon activation.
• A self-exclusion programme is available for Members who require a longer or permanent break from wagering activity.
• Wagering should be treated as entertainment, not a source of income. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

12 Amendment to Terms and Conditions

• Continued use of the to303 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those amendments.
